We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to supportrevenue growth for CIS Managed Services, expand client relationships, and position our managed offerings as a long-term strategic advantage for SMB customers.

Role Overview

As Senior Sales Manager for CIS Managed Services, you will be responsible for delivering recurring revenue growth, expanding managed service engagements, and building trusted executive relationships. You will work closely with sales, engineering and marketing to align service offerings with client operational needs.

This role requires a strong understanding of managed services models, subscription revenue, and long-term client management, balancing new acquisition with expansion within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on CIS Managed Services growth
  • Drive new Managed Services contracts within SMB customers
  • Expand recurring revenue opportunities within existing CIS clients
  • Lead consultative discussions around Managed Service operations, compliance, and platform optimization
  • Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure accurate service scoping and SLAs
  • Position CIS Managed Services as a long-term partner for I.T. support t
  • Manage complex, subscription-based sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
  • Partner with marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and demand generation efforts
  • Represent CIS at industry events and client engagements

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in Managed Services, IAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of driving recurring revenue growth
  • Experience selling managed services, subscription models, or long-term service agreements
  • Strong understanding of security operations for SMB and Enterprise customers
  • Excellent negotiation and executive communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities
  • Ability to translate technical service offerings into business value
  • Collaborative leadership style and strong relationship-building skills
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar platforms preferred)

Education & Legal Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
